At first, when I became a Donghua employee, I had both expectations and worries to whether I could adapt to the unknown work, life, and environment in the future. But from the first day I arrived in Yantai until now, I can feel the Company's care for all aspects of new employees. In terms of work, a specific and clear training plan reflects the professional and formal nature of the Company. In addition, the help and care provided by our senior employees in daily life have made me feel heartwarming and moved.
