When I first joined Donghua, I felt both anticipation and nervousness. I was uncertain about the new job, life, and environment, and I kept worrying about whether I would be able to adapt. However, from the very first day I arrived in Yantai until now, I have consistently felt the company’s care for new employees in every aspect. In terms of work, there is a detailed and clear training plan, which reflects the company’s professionalism and commitment to standards. Moreover, the help and support from senior colleagues in daily life have been incredibly heartwarming and touching.

A person's life faces numerous choices, and each one brings a new journey. Becoming a member of Donghua is the most colorful course of my life. Let us carry a sense of awe and safety, strengthen teamwork, continue to learn, and be a valuable person. A time will come to ride the wind and cleave the waves, I'll set my cloud-white sail and cross the sea which raves.

Life is like a journey. We constantly embark on new journeys and meet people in the same industrial. Although I worked in Donghua for just two days, I feel that I have joined a Company with ideals, drive, and enthusiasm, and am part of an inclusive, warm, and upward collective. In future training and learning, I will maintain my initial mind, follow up steadfastly, progress with the Company and partners, and become a qualified Donghua member.
