The Company has a highly qualified R&D team led by three experienced PhDs from China and abroad, with more than forty master's degree holders as its backbone. It has established long-term partnerships with a number of domestic research institutes and universities, carrying out joint project research and technology development in the field of high-performance new chemical materials.
The Company has established specialized R&D organizations including a Synthesis R&D Center, an Application R&D Center, an Analysis and Testing Center and a Technology Development Department, forming a technology innovation system that integrates synthesis R&D, process development, engineering development and product application R&D, and is equipped with more than 200 advanced analytical instruments and R&D devices. In recent years the team has continued to explore and innovate around products, processes, technologies and applications of high-performance new chemical materials, achieving notable results: 49 granted patents and the title of "2021-2022 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team of Yantai Development Zone".
