The construction of key projects is a key link in stabilizing investment, strengthening entities, and increasing dynamics. It is a "ballast stone" for economic and social development, and also a "touchstone" for testing the service capabilities of various departments. As the main battlefield of project construction in the city and the golden cradle of key projects for leading enterprises, over a hundred projects in the fields of high-end equipment, biopharmaceuticals, and high-end chemical engineering in the development zone were included in the key projects at all levels in 2022, injecting strong impetus into the transformation of new and old dynamics in the development zone.
In order to fully leverage the supporting role of key projects, the development zone adheres to the "elements follow the project", "start construction immediately after land acquisition", and "full chain and full cycle land supply model". All departments work together to tackle difficulties, prioritize support and guarantee key projects in the elements of land, funding, approval, and other aspects, and fully leverage the demonstration and driving role of key projects.
